Cancellation and Refund

• Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at digital@blackcanvas.com or calling +91 7414939276.
• Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

No Returns or Refunds: As each product is exclusively designed, we do not offer returns or refunds unless:

• The product was damaged during shipping.
• You received the wrong product.

• In case of damaged or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at digital@blackcanvas.com or call +91 7414939276.
• Kindly include photos/videos of the damaged product and its packaging for assessment.

• Approved returns must meet the following criteria:
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, documentation, and tags are intact.
• The customer is responsible for securely repacking the item to prevent further damage during return transit.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

• Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
• Customized or made-to-order products.

Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If eligible, you may return the item and place a new order.
